Every year the SPCA of Central Florida hosts a number of special events to raise money for the care of the homeless pets we shelter. These fundraising events range from fabulous evenings like our people only dinner-auction to Saturday morning walks where pets exercise their people.

Each event is designed to bring people together for fun, relaxation...and a good time. You don't have to be a pet lover to enjoy the bargains or entertainment at the dinner-auction! You don't have to have a dog to support a walker! All you need is the desire to meet really nice people and have a really good time.

Our special events are listed below. Keep an eye on this calendar - it will be updated each time a new date and venue is confirmed. In addition, we'll take your reservations online up to six weeks before the event. Additionally, six weeks before each pet walk, you'll find applications for Business Buddies, individual pledge brochures and pack brochures. Gee, we couldn't make it easier for you to join in the fun, could we?

Finally, if you own a business or are a manager with a special interest in Cause Related Marketing, be sure to look at the many opportunities for marketing your name and logo through sponsorships.

70th Anniversary Garden Party

Join us and celebrate 70 years of service to Central Florida with a Sunday Garden Party to benefit the homeless critters at the SPCA of Central Florida!

Dress in the style of the 30's! You can visit several websites for hints about what to wear. There will be a contest for the most authentic and the most original attire for the afternoon!

Refreshments will include finger foods, lemonades, gelato and a cash bar. Because alcohol will be served, we request guests be a minimum of 21 years of age. (Note this is not a dinner, but light refreshments.)

This party is by reservation only. Reservations must be confirmed before September 25. The cost is $19.37 per person and the event will be held at The Estate House at Cypress Grove on Holden Avenue at Cypress Grove Park. Reservations are non-refundable.
